I recently stayed at The Velvet Lodge for a few nights during my visit to The Hague. The staff, especially Oscar, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The facilities surpassed our expectations and the upgraded room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The comfortable beds and high ceilings added to the overall charm of the room. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to all the attractions and the best restaurants. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the city.

Loved the cycling in the freezing weather, and the continental breakfast was scrumptious. The free WiFi was a nice touch. Atrium City Hall was a short walk away, perfect for my busy schedule.

During my xmas stay, I liked the beautiful facilities and the helpful staff who gave us an upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's location was superb, being near the train station and excellent restaurant options. The giant comfy room was also a nice touch.

Some issues were encountered during the stay. The lack of reception service during most of the day was inconvenient, and it was hard to get inside the hotel because no one was available.
